CHARLOTTE, NC – November 18, 2022 – DebtBook, a leading provider of debt and lease management software for local governments, nonprofits, and similar organizations, ranked No. 5 on the Charlotte Business Journal’s list of Best Places to Work in the Medium Companies category.
“Being recognized as one of Charlotte’s Best Places to Work means so much because it's based on the feedback of our amazing team,” said Tyler Traudt, DebtBook Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer. “Nothing makes us happier than watching each of our team members grow every day, and we’ll continue to prioritize building a culture and environment where our team can thrive.”
CBJ's Best Places to Work program highlights companies in the greater Charlotte region that are doing the hard work of linking bottom-line goals with what employees care about. Companies applied for the program earlier this year, with Quantum Workplace conducting a survey of each company's local employees to gauge engagement. Each employer that had sufficient participation in the survey was assigned a score, which determined the rankings of 80 finalists across four categories based on company size.
